Developers and others who benefit from 2040 policies who contributed to Frey campaign

I heard from others that Jacob Frey was highly supported by developers and others that will benefit from the developer friendly policies in 2040. So, I got curious to see how much when Frey's campaign finance report came out the other day and needed to make an attempt to see if this had some substance behind it.

Below is a list taken from the finance report that is published on this site. Some appear to be developers or builders that were likely possibilities that I verified only by a quick Google search so just a list of possible of businesses benefitting. Others further below our developers, builders or commercial real estate/leasing groups I know of. I could have missed some as well. (Did not list general real estate companies, law firms or unions that are likely benefiting.) If I have mis-identified any entity please let me know.

From the list below, I come up with contributions of $20,450. That is almost 26% of the itemized contributions of $79,400. I think that appears to be a very high percentage of potential businesses and individual donors.
