Smart Growth Minneapolis Fundraiser

JOIN US IN PERSON OR CONSIDER A DONATION IN ANY AMOUNT.

Smart Growth Minneapolis and Audubon Chapter of Minneapolis have prevailed in the Minnesota Supreme Court after two years of litigation!

Our landmark citizen’s lawsuit can and will now go forward to force the City of Minneapolis to bring its 2040 Plan into compliance with the Minnesota Environmental Rights Act. We have asked the District Court for an injunction and are now awaiting a ruling that will halt the Minneapolis 2040 Plan until it is revised to protect the environment.

The City has not studied the cumulative environmental impacts of the 2040 Plan. Minneapolis must be smart — not reckless — as it plans for the future.

We need to join together in this effort — our legal team has donated countless hours but this is an expensive battle!

You are invited to attend a Fundraising Event hosted by Tom Hoch & Mark Addicks

Wednesday, June 23, 5:30-7:30pm. 2100 James Avenue South (to be held in the garden)
